Promotional text messages depend on your separate marketing consent. We do not sell personal information, and we do not request wallet private keys or seed phrases through these forms.

Text messages and your consent

Providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry does not by itself authorize text messages. Our buyer intake form offers separate choices for non-marketing texts about your inquiry, appointment confirmations and showing reminders, and for marketing texts about property listings and real estate market updates. These choices are optional. Consent is not a condition of purchasing property.

We do not sell, rent or give mobile information, text-message opt-in records or consent to other businesses for their marketing or promotional use. Providers supporting our communications, customer service and CRM may process information on our behalf to deliver those services; they may not use that information or your consent for their own marketing.

Website activity and browser storage

Our website may record the page where an inquiry began, referring pages, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers to understand the source of a request. Browser storage keeps these details during your visit and remembers interface and analytics choices. Form-hosting providers may also process technical information needed to operate and secure their forms.

Service providers and other disclosures
